About Course

This course offers complete guidance for project manager on how to start preparing for any new project and align with organization structure. This will include how to make use of best practice project management processes (based on the Project Management Institute’s Body of Knowledge), tools and techniques as well as how start prepare for collaboration and communication with stakeholders. This ensures that projects are conducted as efficiently as possible and meet the requirements and expectations of relevant stakeholders.

CLO1: Students will be able to describe a project life cycle, and can skillfully map each stage in the cycle.
CLO2: Students will be able to develop a project scope while considering factors such as customer requirements and internal/external goals.
CLO3: Students will be able to start defining project scope and draft a project charter.
CLO4: Students will be able to develop a project scope while considering factors such as customer requirements and internal/external goals.
CL05: Students will be able to organize the project’s team and restructure the organization.

Ally is an active researcher who aims from his studies to contribute to knowledge and positive social change.</strong>
