Andrew Habel Odongo will be your faculty member at NSRIC Canada. Andrew Habel Odongo is an award winning social entrepreneur, Mentor, Educator and Management Consultant. He is the Founder and Executive Director at Support Innovations for Peace and Education- an Ngo working in the areas of Education, Peace, Entrepreneurship, Leadership and Community Empowerment. He is also the founder, lead mentor, coach and Chief Executive Officer at Uwezo Accelerated and Tech Hub- an Entrepreneurship and Leadership incubator. He is a consultant educator and Assessor of Higher Education Programs at Boston City Campus & Business College, South Africa. He is also currently an Associate Consultant at Africa Innovative Development Think Tank, a Washington based Think tank. Andrew is also a lead mentor and Entrepreneur at Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Foundation, a Pan-African Entrepreneurship Incubator based in Lagos, Nigeria and MOWGLI Mentoring Program, United Kingdom. He is a multi-sectoral experienced professional having worked in the Education, Research, NGO, Think Tank, Incubator, Entrepreneurship, banking and Publishing sectors. This experience spans in a period of more than 16 years. Andrew is a writer and editor on very crucial matters affecting society especially in areas of Education, Governance and management, Leadership, Entrepreneurship, Employment issues, Project Management, Human Centered Design and matters touching on youths, children and women. He is particularly concerned on use of data in bringing forth innovative and sustainable development especially in Low and Medium Income Countries (LMICs). He has written a number of books in Entrepreneurship, Project Management, Personal Inspiration, Leadership and Human Centered Design Approach and Marketing. He has also designed an entrepreneurship course trending on Colcampus LMS. Andrew won the Tony Elumelu Entrepreneurship Foundation award of the year 2016 for founding Uwezo Accelerated and Tech Hub which is a game changer idea that is changing the youths in Africa through Positive Youth Development Programs. He is also a member of international Association of Professional Writers and Editors (IAPWE). Andrew has a Master of Business Administration in Project Management degree from Kenyatta University, Kenya; a Bachelor of Education (Science) degree from Egerton University, Postgraduate Diploma in Strategic Management, Project Management from Alison Advanced College, Ireland and professional certifications in Entrepreneurship and Human Centered Design certifications. He is currently a Ph.D candidate in Entrepreneurship and Innovation.
