Our affiliate program offers an opportunity for individuals to become an affiliator to promote NSRIC products. This guideline is prepared for them who is interested, and motivated to work with NSRIC as an affiliate marketer under our affiliate marketing program. We are actively looking for an individual or agency who can market our products (e.g., online courses, software, organizing conferences, NSRIC K12 school, and many more……) as a affiliator in the global digital market.

Become a Faculty Member :
Guideline for the interested candidate to become a full-time faculty member
The definition of faculty member at NSRIC is “a person who is interested to become a full-time professor or teacher”. This guideline is prepared for them who are interested, and motivated to offer courses in their expert areas and interests through NSRIC online platform from home for our audiences, and students. You may involve with NSRIC as a part-time faculty member. To be a faculty, a minimum basic degree in any discipline is the recommended. However, academic degree (i.e., bachelor, master, PhD,…. etc.) is not essentially needed to become a faculty at the NSRIC online education platform. It is noted that candidates with PhD will be given priorities in offering university level courses (e.g., H, and M level courses). The only requirements from you are the willingness, commitment, and dedication to develop quality course materials. NSRIC is committed to offering quality education, and dedicated course delivery to the audiences, and students. NSRIC will guide you toward your success in a new, and innovative career of your life. We as a human have the highest level of intellectual ability, knowledge, and remembrance capacity as blessings of nature. Before disappearing from this lovely world, we strongly believe that it is one kind of our obligation to disseminate this knowledge and blessings to empower others and for our future generations. In addition, all humans, with mental and emotional maturity, are inherently capable of using conscientious logic to increase their knowledge and intellectual prowess. At NSRIC, we believe that it is our obligation, germane to the purpose of life, to gather knowledge and disseminate it to the benefit of the humanity, who must co-exist in harmony with nature. Acquiring and disseminating knowledge have no boundaries of age, race, color, gender, geographical location, and time. It has been a novel process since the beginning of human evolution, and civilizations-after-civilizations. In this process, our individual experience can only enrich the educational process. Once life-long experience and individual educational growth are embedded in the course delivery process, a uniquely powerful educational tool is acquired. Therefore, every one of us can disseminate some knowledge to others where conventional academic degrees, and qualifications are not at all a barrier. Our lifelong learning and experience can make a remarkable change for others if we just consolidate our expertise, experience, knowledge and skills in a meaningful course in an organized method. The NSRIC starts here as a guide, and taking full responsibility for archiving your expertise, experience, knowledge and skills for the lifetime. Our Journey Together
You and NSRIC will be working together for your success as a great, world-class teacher for our future generations. The company is actively looking for faculties, and instructors to fulfilling its goals on disseminating knowledge through the NSRIC online education platform. The classification of offered courses are available at https://www.nsric.ca.
The course outline should contain:
| (i) | Title of the course (maximum 10 words); |
| (ii) | Classification: classify one of the above categories/levels of the course (e.g., K12); |
| (iii) | Broader area: broader area coverage of the course (e.g., arts, science, engineering, liberal arts, …. etc.); |
| (iv) | Specific area/filed: specialized area of the course i.e. focused area (e.g., reservoir engineering, website design, numerical methods…. etc.); |
| (v) | Audiences: target audiences (e.g., students, executives, professionals … etc.); |
| (vi) | Credit hrs: course credit hours (e.g., 1 Cr Hr, 2 Cr Hrs. …. etc.). Note: 1 Cr is equivalent to 12 contact hrs. which will be counted as 12 standard lectures]; |
| (vii) | Course catalog: course description (150 – 200 words); |
| (viii) | Learning outcomes: course learning outcomes – very important (7 – 10 CLO in bullet form); |
| (ix) | Course topics: course materials coverage i.e., topics in bullet form [e.g., Thermodynamics course: pure materials, substances, entropy, enthalpy,……… etc. and put individual topic lecture hrs. e.g., entropy – 3 hrs.]; and |
| (x) | Preparation time: timeline to prepare, and offer the course (e.g., in 2 months, 3 months,….. etc.). |
Once you formally submit your application package,
| (i) | NSRIC HR review team will review your application, and course proposal(s); |
| (ii) | based on your available information, the team will recommend to the CEO for further necessary steps; |
| (iii) | upon recommendation, you will be notified about your employment opportunity (Course outline has 90% weightage!!) or unfortunate denial; |
| (iv) | an online live-interview will be arranged with the candidate; |
| (v) | NSRIC will issue an employment letter for your acceptance/signature along with strategic step II: guideline on the NSRIC course development guideline. |
Step 4 (Lifetime association with NSRIC from home)
Upon receiving your signed employment letter, NSRIC will start marketing your course based on your feedback.
Become an Instructor:
Guideline for the interested candidate to become an instructor
The definition of instructor at NSRIC is “a person who is interested to become a part-time professor or teacher”. This guideline is prepared for them who are interested, and motivated to offer courses in their expert areas and interests through NSRIC online platform from home for our audiences, and students. You may involve with NSRIC as a full-time instructor. To be an instructor, there is no minimum basic degree requirement. However, we recommend to have an academic degree (i.e., bachelor, master, PhD,…. etc.). NSRIC is committed to offer quality education, and dedicated course delivery to the audiences, and students. We are actively looking for an individual or agency who can market our products (e.g., online courses, softwares, organizing conferences, NSRIC K12 school, and many more……) in his/her geographical locations as a physical marketer, and in the global digital market as a digital marketing specialist. Become a Researcher:
Hiring Process: Guideline for the interested candidate to be a researcher
This guideline is prepared for the researchers and faculty members who are interested, and motivated to conduct research in their expert areas and interests through NSRIC research, innovation, and development (RID) division. Prof. Zubair Kalam (at mzkalam@nsric.ca) is the head and VP of the RID division. Based on your areas of expertise and interests, interested researchers will be placed and grouped together within the research groups of the division (see NSRIC organogram). NSRIC highly recommends to offer courses at the NSRIC online education platform once you engage yourself as a researcher with any of our research group for conducting research at your interests. Our diverged, qualified, talented and dedicated team members will be working together for building your research career with us. The primary benefits of working with us are to:

Become a Student:
Student Admission Process: Guideline for the interested candidate to be a student with us
This guideline is prepared for audiences, and students who are interested, and motivated to register a course(s) in their areas of interests through NSRIC online education platform from home. The interested candidate can be involved as a part-time or full-time student to build a dream and successful future with us. Anyone can register a course by simply navigating and narrowing down our courses and by selecting different sub categories from NSRIC online education platform. Upon successful completion of a course with NSRIC, a course completion certificate with a “Letter Grade” will be issued to the student.
It is noted that the main goal of NSRIC is to “disseminate and share knowledge to others”. Therefore, NSRIC adopted a policy of 5% fees waiver for students in every course that we offer. To qualify and take the advantage of this scholarship and financial support, student should apply with all documents (i.e., proof of financial insolvency) at admission@nsric.ca.
