Anakaye Matheson is the lecturer of online education division at NSRIC. She has over 16 years of experience in the field of Hospitality and Education. She has a BSc. in Food Service Management from the University of Technology, Jamaica, Post Graduate Diploma in International Hospitality Management from the University of Strathclyde and a Masters of Arts from the University College of Birmingham in Professional Hospitality and Tourism Management.
Ms. Matheson has gained over14 years of experience in adult learning and development while working at the University of Technology, Jamaica and Holmes Institute Toronto. She has proven success in course development, workshop/training creation, design, and implementation. She has demonstrated capabilities in education auditing, ensuring learning objectives were met and exceeded. Ms. Matheson has highly adept in training modalities, including online learning, webinars, classroom-based training, as well as customized programming.
