
Dr. Joelle Paul-Cook
Dr. Joelle Paul-Cook is a junior faculty member at the online education division at NSRIC. She earned her Ph.D. in Business Management in 2020 from Capella University, Minnesota. Â She is an expert in the field of female leadership development, both in adult and children. Â Her recent publication interviewed females in the C-Suite of Fortune 1000Â companies to explore their youth and antecedents to their female leadership development. She is pioneering the research to help females break through the glass ceiling. Â She has taught at the collegiate level and loves academia. Â She is a seasoned APA writer and qualitative researcher. She received her MBA from Seton Hill University and her BA in Criminal Justice from Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Â She received her Green Belt is Lean Six Sigma and is working towards completing her Black Belt. Â Prior to her work in the field of business, she worked as a mental health professional in nonprofit organizations for over twenty years.
