Dr. Raies Hamid
Dr. Raies Hamid (raiesh@nsric.ca) is the Junior Faculty in area of Management at Commerce and Management (COM) Unit of OE Division, NSRIC. He is also the Senior Teacher in area of K9-12 at K12 Unit of NSRIC and NIST. Dr. Raies Hamid is a profound and energetic teaching professional specialized in organizational behaviour and human resource management. In addition to his affiliation with NSRIC, he is associated with UpGrad India Pvt Ltd as Live Session Expert/ Small Group Coach, Content Developer, and Grader. He is also holding the Director Position at Ali Public School Malerkotla, Punjab India. Before his current positions, he has a record of holding various academic as well as administrative positions nationally and internationally viz; Principal Ali Public School Malerkotla Punjab India, Faculty National Institute of Technology Srinagar Kashmir India, Lecturer Dar Al Uloom University Riyadh Saudi Arabia, and Faculty Innocent hearts Group of Institutions Jalandhar Punjab India. Moreover, he was the Member of the Standard Committee for National Commission for Academic Accreditation and Assessment (NCAAA), Coordinator Examination and Course work file at Dar Al Uloom University Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
His teaching Statement/ Philosophy is based on the principle of “lifetime learner” and considers students as his motivation for teaching and considers himself not merely an instructor but rather a coordinator so that maximum learning can be achieved. His research philosophy is based on his interest in thoroughly understanding and applying the concept of emotional intelligence, Job burnout, organizational commitment, and job satisfaction in education.
Dr. Raies Hamid has earned his Bachelor’s of Business Administration from Punjab Technical University in 2008 and a Master’s of Business Administration from the same university in 2010. Dr. Raies Hamid was awarded a Ph.D. in Business Administration at the department of management I K Gujral Punjab Technical University Punjab in 2017.
