Dr. Saima Paracha

Dr. Saima Paracha (saimap@nsric.ca)

Dr. Saima Paracha is the Senior Faculty in the area of Public Health at Medicinal Science and Healthcare (MSH) Unit of OE Division. She graduated in MBBS from Dow University of Health sciences, one of the well-known Universities in Pakistan. After completing her medical degree, she moved to Toronto where she completed medical qualifying exams in Canada. Dr. Paracha also completed ECFMG certification. She started working in Toronto as a physician assistant and also continues to work in one of the medical offices. Dr. Paracha has completed a population health data analysis program from University of Victoria Canada.

Dr. Paracha is currently a student of the MPH program and has been teaching undergraduate students. Her research focus includes tutoring research, epidemiology and biostatistics. She is also working with SAS, SPSS and Stata.
