Ms. Habiba Zahid
Ms. Habiba Zahid (habibaz@nsric.ca) is the CEO Executive at the CEO Office, NSRIC. She is also the lecturer in the area of Computer Science and IT at the Science Unit of OE Division, NSRIC. Her greatest strength is her flexibility to always be ready to adopt the latest trends and technologies. As a young, self-motivated, and result-driven achiever, she continuously search for new tactics or implementations to learn and practice on to better herself as a developer. Not being afraid of problems allows her to challenge herself to solve or create something more significant continually. She has completed relevant academic projects and received distinction grades in most of them, including software development, project management, database management, networking, cybersecurity, and several other team projects. During her undergraduate program, she has earned an excellence award in ICT in 2018 and a
continuous academic scholarship of 25%. Along with this, she has gained volunteering experience. For example, student ambassador, managing student affairs, and she was a student assistant in 2019.

She has gained insight into computer science and IT in her coursework and became more interested in technology. Her long-term goal is to pursue research in computer science and Information technology to create innovative solutions for society. Going forward, she has decided to enhance her knowledge further and do research by pursuing master’s in computer science.
