Nabeel Ahmed Maqbool
Nabeel Ahmed Maqbool (email@example.com) is the HR Manager for the Medical Science and Healthcare (MSH) Unit and Journalism and Mass Communication (JMC) Unit of OE Division. He is also the Professor of Practice in area of Public Health at Medical Science and Healthcare (MSH) Unit of OE Division, NSRIC. Nabeel Ahmed is a Public Health Supply Chain specialist. He has earned his Masters of Philosophy degree in “Public Health” and Masters degree in “Mass Communication” from University of the Punjab and currently enrolled with Arizona State University for Mini Masters in Leadership & Management. Over ten years of working experience with multinational donor agencies, Public sector organizations, INGOs in the areas of Public health, Supply Chain Management, Health Information Systems, Behavior Change Communication, Child Rights, and Human Resource Capacity Development, enabled him to explore different avenues of development sector in the country.
Nabeel has demonstrated expertise in the areas of human resource capacity development. He is also an adjunct faculty member at University of Health Sciences, University of the Punjab, Population Welfare Training Institute, Peshawar University and Khyber Medical University. During his association with academia, he has been planning and organizing large scale advocacy events, seminars, training programs, workshops, study and information visits.
Currently, he is working as Director Vaccines Preventable & Infectious Diseases with USAID Global Health Supply Chain-Procurement and Supply Management project implemented by Chemonics International. Previously, he has worked for Global Fund to fight AIDS, TB & Malaria and Government of Punjab.
