Ms. Syeda Puspita Mouri
Ms. Syeda Puspita Mouri (syedap@nsric.ca) is the Lecturer in area of Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Engineering Unit of OE Division, NSRIC. She is currently working as an Automation Engineer in BID Group. She completed her MASc in Electrical Engineering from The University of British Columbia, Canada. During her master’s she was awarded with University Graduate Fellowship and Dean’s Entrance Scholarship. Syeda completed her Bachelor’s in Electrical, Electronic and Communication Engineering (EECE) from Military Institute of Science and Technology (MIST), Bangladesh with the most prestigious Gold Medal from the institute “Osmany Memorial Gold Medal 2015” for obtaining highest score in the graduating class. She was also awarded with “MIST Research Medal 2015” for her research contribution and output during bachelor’s. She served as a lecturer in Department of EECE, MIST (January 2016- August 2017).

Syeda has research experience and great interest in the field of wireless communication, IoT, Industrial IoT, energy systems, solar energy, solar cell, energy harvesting etc. She is a registered Engineer-in-Training (E.I.T) with Engineers and Geoscientists BC (EGBC) and member in Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineers (IEEE).
