Dr. Md. Mesbah Uddin Talukder is the Head of Department (HoD) in area of Pharmacy. He is also the Senior Faculty in Pharmacy at Medical Science and Healthcare Unit of OE Division, NSRIC. He completed his PhD in Pharmacology from the University of Cambridge, UK under the IDB-Cambridge International Scholarship program. He won the best poster prize for his research in Pharmacology Science Day, 2013 at University of Cambridge. Dr Talukder published 24 research articles in the peer-reviewed journals so far. He has vast experience in protein biochemistry, cell and molecular biology techniques. His current research interest is evidence-based medicine. Dr Talukder started his academic career in 2006 as a lecturer, and currently appointed as Associate Professor at BRAC University.
He was also involved in the World Bank’s Higher Education Quality Enhancement Project (HEQEP) at BRAC University. In his 14 years of professional career, he established himself as an enthusiastic Educator and Researcher. He also works as Scientific Writer at Pet Cancer Fund, Vancouver, B.C., Canada.
